Women Signing Contract

FULL MANAGEMENT – RENTAL FEES PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS

13% per month (plus VAT) / 15.6% (incl VAT) deducted from rental income throughout the period of the managed tenancy

Includes:

Tenancy Finder – all the services included in the Tenancy Finder option, plus

Pre-tenancy statutory checks and tenant referencing

Full management including rental collection into a client account and remitting to the landlord with a monthly statement

Dealing with statutory and other charges for your rental property

Advising all relevant utility providers of changes

Dedicated Portfolio Manager as the point of contact for you and your tenants with a liaison on costs for repairs, insurance claims

Arranging routine repairs and instructing (on the pre-approved authority of landlord if required) contractors

Holding reserve funds in a client account to deal with emergency repairs

Property checks – your Portfolio Manager will arrange an inside-property visit twice a year to identify any visible repairs and maintenance needs and advise the landlord of the outcome

Keyholding facility throughout the full management period

Deposit dilapidation negotiations

Tenancy Renewals – we contact you and your tenant to see if a tenancy can continue

 

RENTAL COLLECTION – RENTAL FEES PAID ON A MONTHLY BASIS

10% per month (plus VAT) / 12% (incl VAT) deducted from rental income throughout the period of the managed tenancy

Includes:

Tenancy Finder – all the services included in the Tenancy Finder option, plus

Rental collection into a client account and remitting to the landlord with a monthly statement

 

TENANCY FINDER

8% (plus VAT) / 9.6% (incl VAT) of annual rental income payable on receipt of first rental income*

Includes:

Property Appraisal and pre-tenancy statutory checks

Property photographs and video

Marketing the property and advertising on relevant portals and our own website

Carrying out accompanied viewings

Pre-tenancy statutory checks and tenant referencing

Collecting first rental income and deposit to pay into an approved deposit scheme

Dealing with and deducting (if applicable) HMRC deductions

Annual Review of the market and the tenancy

Tenancy Renewals – we contact you and your tenant to see if a tenancy can continue
